‘Your tone is not right. Speaker Jagdeep Dhankhar got angry at Jaya Bachchan’s allegation, huge uproar in Parliament

During the proceedings of Rajya Sabha in Parliament, Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan questioned the tone of Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar. Jaya Bachchan said that I am an artist. I understand body language. I understand expressions. She said that please forgive me but your tone is not right. This is not acceptable. The Chairman got angry at Jaya Bachchan’s comment. There was a huge uproar in the Rajya Sabha and the opposition walked out. Opposition members raised slogans of ‘Dadagiri nahi chalegi’.

The chairman got angry at Jaya Bachchan and said that you have achieved a great feat, you know that an actor is a director’s subject. You are questioning my tone. He said that I will not tolerate this. You are a celebrity. On this, the opposition said that she is a senior member of the parliament, how can you call her a celebrity.

On this, the chairperson said that the senior member is insulting the chair. I have my own script. The opposition members walked out of the house shouting slogans. On the uproar, the chairperson said that they do not want to participate in the discussion. They are walking out of their duty. The chairperson raised questions on the opposition by referring to the Quit India Movement to the Emergency.

They have stooped so low that while opposing the party and the individual, they have started opposing the country. When the voice of the opposition is seen with such forces that want to divide the country, then there is a doubt that the agenda of the regional parties has become to weaken the country. All the parties are motivated to make the House not function in any way. They should apologize and they should apologize for what they say about the dignity of the House.
