Your hair will be long and thick, just eat these things every day

Everyone wants to have long and thick hair. But people who have thin or thin hair often do not get any relief from hair growth even after trying various remedies. Many things are useful in making hair long, thick and strong. But, you do not have to apply these things on your hair but eat them. By including these things in your diet, hair grows internally, along with this the body gets all the nutrients that are necessary for healthy hair growth. So let’s know about those things which can make hair long and thick.

Eggs

To provide sufficient protein to your hair, you can eat eggs. Protein-rich eggs are easy to include in the diet and are also good for hair. You can eat eggs for breakfast every day and if you want, you can also consume eggs in the evening.

Eating spinach is beneficial for hair because spinach is rich in iron. Hair starts falling due to lack of iron in the body. Therefore, it is important that you take plenty of iron in your diet.

dry fruits

It is good to consume omega-3 fatty acids for good hair growth. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in plenty in dry fruits like almonds and walnuts. If you want, you can also eat flax seeds in snacks.

Citrus Fruits

Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron. Therefore, it is beneficial to include citrus fruits in the diet. Also, vitamin C is also good for the scalp. Orange and lemon are good to include in the diet.

Carrots rich in vitamin A can be included in the hair growth diet. Vitamin A helps the scalp to produce natural sebum and also keeps the hair roots healthy.
