‘Younger brother fired the shot… parents are innocent’, absconding husband in dowry murder case releases video

On 24th August, a woman named Nidhi was shot dead for dowry in Jaganpur village of Dankaur police station area of ​​Greater Noida. In this case, the police registered a case and took action and arrested the deceased’s brother-in-law Tarun, father-in-law Ramesh and mother-in-law and sent them to jail. Husband Deepak is absconding.

Now in this case, the husband has released his video on social media. In this, he is calling himself innocent and denying dowry murder. In the video, he is seen saying that he will not go to jail until he makes arrangements for the upbringing of his daughter.

The husband denied the allegation of dowry death
In a viral video on social media, the absconding husband of deceased Nidhi, Deepak, has said that the allegation of dowry murder on my family is false. Wife Nidhi died due to a sudden bullet fired by her brother. He has said that he will go to jail only after making arrangements for the upbringing of his one and a quarter month old daughter.

Told the whole family innocent
Deepak has accused his brother of the accident and said that the entire family is innocent and has appealed to the police to conduct a fair investigation of the incident. The police, taking cognizance of the viral video, is searching for the accused.

Police started searching for the husband with the help of the video
This time, giving more information on the video, the DPS of Greater Noida said that the police is investigating the entire matter. Three arrests have already been made in this case. The police team is also engaged in arresting the absconding husband. Now the source from which the video has gone viral is being investigated. Soon the husband will also be arrested.

Nidhi got married four years ago
The deceased Nidhi (31 years old) was a resident of Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi. She was married to Deepak 4 years ago. Deepak is originally from Dhanpura in Meerut, but has been living with his family in Jaganpur village of Dankaur police station area for the last decade. Late on Friday night, Deepak shot his wife Nidhi dead on the Jaganpur-Afzalpur road and then took her body home and hanged it so that the case looks like a suicide.

On August 24, Nidhi’s body was found lying on the bed in a room of the house in Jaganpur village. She had a bullet wound in her neck. On receiving the information, Nidhi’s family members who came from Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi caught her brother-in-law Tarun from home and handed him over to the police. On the complaint of the family, the police registered a case of dowry murder against six people including the husband, brother-in-law and mother-in-law.

Police have arrested mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law
After the arrest, Greater Noida ADCP Ashok Kumar had said that the police has registered a case in the dowry murder case of a woman in Jaganpur village of Dankaur police station area and has arrested the deceased’s mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law. Along with this, the illegal weapon used in the incident has also been recovered. The accused who are still absconding will also be arrested soon.
