Elon Musk wrote in the post, ‘There is growing evidence that fake judge @Alexandre deliberately interfered in the last presidential election in Brazil. If anyone has evidence of this, then reply to the post.’

The dispute has been going on for several months

Elon Musk is having a dispute with Supreme Court judge Justice Alexander de Morias regarding his X. On Wednesday, Brazil’s Justice de Morias ordered Elon Musk’s X company to appoint a legal officer within 24 hours, but they did not do so.

After this, the Supreme Federal Court (STF) of Brazil issued an order to ban X across the country and also imposed a fine of 18 million reais (about Rs 40 crore).

What are the allegations on X platform

In Brazil, X has been accused of promoting news of coup in Brazil and content that weakens democracy. After this, the court asked X platform to appoint a legal officer, in its clarification, X platform has said that the company’s old legal officer has been receiving threats of being put in jail.
