Regarding this, DCP Gaurav Banswal of Kashi Zone, Varanasi, said that three accused were arrested in this case last year and while presenting the charge sheet, action was also taken against them under the Gangster Act. Two of the three accused have also got bail from the High Court last week. The police is taking the strictest action.

On the question of not taking action of bulldozer from the time of the incident till the time of arrest, DCP Bansal said that his location was being continuously traced and efforts were also being made for his arrest.
