Why did the girls of Farrukhabad commit suicide? SP told the whole story, two boys from the village arrested

In Uttar Pradesh’s Farrukhabad district, the bodies of two girls were found hanging from a tree. In this case, the police conducted a postmortem of both the girls, according to which they had committed suicide. No injury marks were found on the bodies. The police have rejected the murder theory. However, now two boys from the area have been arrested in this incident. It is alleged that these boys used to harass and pressurize the two girls to talk on the phone. Tired of their harassment, the girls embraced death.

Talking to ‘Aaj Tak’ about this whole matter, Farrukhabad SP Alok Priyadarshi said that on the night of Janmashtami, the police had received information that the bodies of two girls were found hanging from a tree in Kaimganj’s Bhagwatpur village. The police reached the spot on receiving the information and took the bodies in their custody. Postmortem Now the postmortem report also makes it clear that the girls had committed suicide. No injury marks were found on their bodies.

According to SP Alok Priyadarshi, the postmortem report of the girls has revealed ante-mortem hanging.
After this, the police started an investigation as to why this suicide was committed. In which the names of two boys of the village came to light. Both have been arrested. Their names are Deepak and Pawan.

According to SP, the accused who were caught were boys both girls But they were pressurised to talk on the phone. They were also harassed. The girls could not tell this to their family and fed up with the harassment, they hanged themselves. The families of the deceased girls are completely satisfied with the action taken by the police so far. The law and order situation in the area is normal.

Earlier, the local police had investigated the call details and said that there was a conversation between the two girls and the accused. After the conversation was over, the SIM was taken out and the call log was formatted from the mobile. According to the complaint of the fathers of both the girls, the accused boys used to harass their daughters. The SIM recovered from the clothes of the younger girl belonged to the accused Deepak.

It is known that on 27th August, the bodies of two girls were found hanging from a mango tree in Bhagwatipur village of Kaimganj police station area of ​​the district. Both were hanging from the same dupatta. A mobile and slippers were found at the spot. The police have been calling it a case of suicide since the first day. When the post-mortem of the bodies of both the girls was done, the cause of death was found to be hanging. One of the deceased girls was 18 years old and the other was 16 years old. No marks of injury were found on their bodies.
