Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav expressed displeasure over the allegations of Congress in Parliament regarding railway accidents. In fact, Vaishnav, raging at the uproar of the opposition MPs, said, “Sit quietly, they say anything, what is this method, they say anything in between”. “We are not just reel makers, we are working people”. “Those who are shouting here should be asked why they could not install even one kilometer of automatic train protection in 58 years while being in power”. “Even a single accident is bad, during the tenure of UPA, there used to be 171 accidents annually, they have reduced by about 68 percent”.
