There was massive destruction due to cloudburst in Samej village of Rampur in Himachal Pradesh between Wednesday and Thursday night. Flood of water entered the village and many houses were destroyed. About 1000 personnel including NDRF, SDRF, police, military are engaged in relief work and there are only signs of destruction everywhere.
