Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor has been working on director Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’ for some time now. Ranbir is playing the role of Lord Shri Ram in this film, which is being called India’s biggest film. South’s popular actress Sai Pallavi, Ravi Dubey, Sunny Deol and Lara Dutta are working with him in the film.

Meanwhile, Ranbir has given a new interview in which he has spoken openly about his personal life and work. In this conversation, Ranbir also talked about his meeting with Prime Minister Modi. He told what the PM had talked to him about.

In an interview with Nikhil Kamat, Ranbir talked about PM Modi and said, ‘I don’t think much about politics. But all of us – directors and actors – went to meet PM Narendra Modi 4 or 5 years ago. You see him on television, you see how he talks – he is a great speaker. I remember when we were sitting and he came.’

Ranbir further said, ‘He has a magnetic charm. He came and sat down. He talked to every person about something very personal. My father was undergoing treatment at that time, so he asked me how the treatment was going, what was happening and everything else. He talked to Alia about something else, Vicky Kaushal about something else, Karan Johar about something else and so on. Everything was very personal.’

Comparing the Prime Minister with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir said, “This kind of effort is what you see in great people. They put in the kind of effort that is not needed, but they do it. This tells a lot about them.”

Let us remind you, in January 2019, Prime Minister Modi met many Bollywood filmmakers and actors. Apart from Ranbir, many actors like Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Ranveer Singh and Siddharth Malhotra were present in this meeting. Filmmakers Karan Johar, Ashwini Iyer Tiwari, Rohit Shetty were also present in this meeting with the Prime Minister.
