Nishikant Dubey, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Godda, Jharkhand, targeted opposition leader Rahul Gandhi during the discussion on the Finance Bill. Nishikant retaliated to all the attacks of the opposition, including Agniveer, caste census, reduction in corporate tax, arrests under PMLA by ED. Referring to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), he said that a lot of discussion was heard about it too. There are many things for ED in this bill too.
Nishikant Dubey said that in 1988 Rajiv Gandhi brought the Benami Transaction Bill in this house. Its rules could not be made in 30 years. He said that you cannot even say that we were not in power, your governments were also there. And you ask us for an account of who went where, who was caught where. Who were you supporting. Nishikant Dubey said that in December 2012, a bill to amend the Benami Transaction Act came. My seat was number 545, the last bench. I stood up to speak on behalf of BJP. Chidambaram sahab was on the other side.
He said that I had said then that even if there is a fight between husband and wife in this act that you are bringing, PMLA may be applied. It may happen that you yourself go to jail one day. Nishikant Dubey said that Chidambaram had then described BJP as a party of educated people and said that a fool has been made to stand up to speak who does not even know what PMLA is. Referring to the National Herald case, he said that Rahul Gandhiji, when you buy a property worth 750 crores for 90 crores, will you not go to jail as per Chidambaram sahab’s law. Our government only implements it.

Speaking on the Finance Bill, Nishikant Dubey paid tribute to Sushma Swaraj on her birth anniversary and said that we have heard a lot about A One, A Two. We are accused of helping two corporates. Earlier also there was a DBT scheme of license permit quota in this country – Dalmia, Birla, Tata. Attacking the opposition, he said that they take donations in elections, go to weddings, eat and also abuse. We have not seen such a bad opposition. Nishikant Dubey said that those whom you are now calling double A, do you want these companies to close down. Who is there in the opposition who did not go to the wedding? Priyanka Gandhi, who is the general secretary of their party. Did she not go to the wedding?
He addressed Rahul Gandhi as LOP i.e. Lips of Parrot and said what is the condition of the whole world today, whose policies have affected the Congress. The whole world is groaning. All the shops are seen closing. There is a terrible situation of unemployment, the situation of inflation rate is also very bad. Nishikant Dubey said that if you measure the whole world on any scale, you will feel that the policies of the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister are a ray of hope. He said that we are people who believe in religion and we act on the basis of what it says.
Anurag Thakur made a mistake by asking his caste
On tax cuts for companies, Nishikant Dubey said that we had to do it because our competition is from countries like Singapore, UAE where tax rates are low. If companies come, our youth will get employment. Targeting Rahul Gandhi, he said that he misquotes Shiv and spreads anarchy. The BJP MP said that I do not completely agree with Anurag Singh Thakur. I want to apologize to this House on behalf of Anurag Thakur. He says that if you do not look like what I am, then you are a sadhu. And do not ask the caste of a sadhu. Anurag Thakur made a mistake by asking him about his caste. But you tell me that there are many people who do not believe in caste, where will they go?

He said that I have brought data from 1952 to 1990. Congress has said in every manifesto that we are against OBC reservation. Nishikant Dubey said that you talk about OBC, but not a single OBC CM was made in Madhya Pradesh and UP. In Bihar, not a single OBC CM was made except Daroga Rai. He said that VP Singh implemented reservation, you made Chandrashekhar’s government. Inder Kumar Gujral wanted to conduct caste census in 2001, you toppled his government. When an OBC Prime Minister is talking about OBC security, you keep saying OBC-OBC. If you have guts, Rahul Gandhi should implement OBC reservation in Karnataka.
Short Service Commission was never questioned
Regarding angel tax, Nishikant Dubey said that Pranab Mukherjee had imposed angel tax in 2012. Pranab Mukherjee and Chidambaram had a different fight. Pranab Babu imposed angel tax in order to appear superior. He said that the defense money has never been discussed in this house before. This parrot Maharaj, everyone kept talking about Agniveer. In 1962, when China defeated India and it seemed that there was a shortage of force, Nehru ji brought the Short Service Commission. Nishikant Dubey said that till date no political party has asked any question about this commission as to why it exists.

Showing the report of the estimate committee of 1992-93, he said that in 1966 Indiraji put a ceiling on army recruitment. Nishikant Dubey said that after this ceiling, two committees were formed by their governments in 1975 and 1989 to keep the army young. After forming an expert committee for manpower, its report remained in the pit for 40-45 years. He said that today when this report is being implemented on the orders of the army, then you are raising questions. Why are you trying to create anarchy?
The situation in the country is very good today
Nishikant Dubey said that the condition of the country is very good today. Rahul Gandhi said that day that there were six Maharathi. He said that I want to tell you that at that time there were not six but nine Maharathi. Seven Maharathi were sitting to surround Abhimanyu. Two Maharathi were stopping the Pandava army outside. He also mentioned the Daksha-Yudhishthira dialogue and said that the opposition leader should think whether he is a Pandit or not. But Congress is jealous. If there is jealousy, hatred then it is jealousy. Congress is jealous of how India is developing.

Nishikant Dubey quoted the books of Ashok Mitra, Natwarlal and Sanjay Baru and said that Congress did not contradict anyone. All three books say that America used to decide who would be the Finance Minister of the country. Sanjay Baru has written that Sonia Gandhi used to run the government, not Manmohan Singh. Showing a report in the House, he said that it has been said in it that Congress people used to make policies by taking money from Soviet Russia. Nishikant said that Congress is trying to create an atmosphere against Modiji, but we will not let this happen. Whatever sacrifice has to be made to build this country, we will make it.
