The Nazul Property Bill 2024 has fallen in the UP Legislative Council. The Yogi government had got it passed in the Assembly but it could not be passed in the Legislative Council. But when this bill reached the Legislative Council, it was sent to the committee for review. Despite having enough MLCs, BJP could not get it passed.
