On Thursday also, CBI interrogated Sandeep Ghosh for 12 hours and asked him all the questions related to this heinous crime.

CBI has so far questioned Sandeep Ghosh for 7 days and about 9 hours and today once again Sandeep Ghosh has reached the CBI office in Kolkata. Meanwhile, he was taken to Sealdah Court for about an hour. If sources are to be believed, answers to many questions are still awaited from Sandeep Ghosh.

According to sources, Ghosh was asked whether he had insisted on conducting the post-mortem of the deceased in the medical college by conducting an RG examination? Did he not allow it anywhere else? The questions around which the CBI is questioning Dr. Sandeep Ghosh are as follows-

2. When you came to know that a female doctor was murdered in your hospital, what did you do?
3. After you were informed about the death of the lady doctor, where did you go and why did you disappear?
4. Did you try to find out whether the victim was alive or not?
5.When the death happened in your own hospital premises, why did you not immediately ask the police to lodge an FIR?
6. As the head of a hospital and an experienced person, you know the protocol for protecting a crime scene. Why did you not take any measures to protect the crime scene?
7. Who all did you talk to after getting the news of the death?
8.How did you come to know about the accused Sanjay Roy?
9.Have you ever met Sanjoy Roy or spoken to him on phone?
10.When the murder happened in a hospital, why did you allow renovation work near the crime scene?

On Thursday itself, a special court in Kolkata had given permission to the CBI to conduct a polygraph test of Dr. Sandeep Ghosh and four other doctors. The CBI produced Ghosh and four other junior doctors who were on duty on the day of the incident on August 9 before the special court to seek permission to conduct their polygraph test.

The CBI alleged in the Supreme Court that the local police had tried to suppress the case of rape and murder of the doctor and by the time the central agency took over the investigation, the crime scene had been tampered with.

Amidst all this, Sandeep Ghosh’s troubles are increasing continuously and new fronts are opening against him every day. On Wednesday, Sandeep Ghosh got the first big shock when the High Court rejected Dr. Ghosh’s petition in which he had pleaded to stop the publication and broadcast of news about him in the media.

After that, the second big blow came from the Bengal government. The government has cancelled the transfer order of Dr. Ghosh. Meanwhile, Kolkata Police has also intensified its crackdown on Sandeep Ghosh. The police has now summoned Dr. Ghosh in the case of revealing the identity of the deceased female doctor. However, he could not appear due to CBI interrogation and has asked for another date.
