Candidates preparing for civil services see Awadh Ojha as their role model, follow him and who knows how many students today claim to learn from him and think new. Awadh Ojha has become a celebrity teacher in the Insta reels world. Perhaps that is why his and Vikas Divyakirti’s silence in the Old Rajendra Nagar coaching accident in Delhi had troubled everyone. Trollers had even called Awadh Ojha a burden. After the accident, many questions were being asked to Awadh Ojha on social media about where he was and why he was not talking about the Rajendra Nagar accident. In an interview given to Lallantop, Awadh Ojha broke his silence and talked about the Rajendra Nagar accident.

Why did Avadh Ojha speak after being trolled on social media?

I was among the students. Actually what happens is that the union of excitement and youth is very bad. I was in Delhi. I felt that excitement will not solve the basic problem. An incident happened in Surat, so many boys were burnt to death. Recently an incident happened in Rajkot, boys were burnt to death. God knows how many such incidents have happened. I want to say that the root cause of the problem is that the government should make a law. I am requesting my students with folded hands that I am with you, you come with me, I demand that a law should be made that whoever is the owner of the institution, if the institution is not in safety compliance then the owner and the officer giving NOC should be imprisoned for life. Till there is no provision for strict punishment, such incidents will keep happening.

Awadh Ojha’s parents got upset due to trolling

Avadh Ojha said that in front of me my colleague Sanju Verma Sir died of suffocation in the basement. At that time I was taking a class in Karol Bagh. At that time no one paid attention to this. If the government wants that such incidents should not happen then a law will have to be made for this. On being missing for four days Avadh Ojha said that no one was asking any questions, everyone was abusing, how could he know what the situation was. My father is 90 years old. He was so hurt that day, he thought that I have done this.

The way the atmosphere was created, people told my mother that boys died in your son’s coaching centre, a criminal offence has been imposed on him, but nobody said that they died in some other coaching centre. People asked where was Awadh Ojha. Society is telling my elderly parents that your son did it. Would I have seen my parents in this situation or seen all this?

Students were advised to be aware

Law and order is also a thing. Students should also have a sense that if there is no safety at the place where they are going, they should immediately protest against it. If the coaching institute does not have safety compliance, then it is the responsibility of the coaching institute to complain in writing.
