Viral Olympic shooter got worried about his pose! Now he is going to do this work

A video from the Paris Olympics went viral in which Turkish pistol sharpshooter Yusuf Dikke was seen aiming at his target in a very cool manner. His aim was so accurate that he won the silver medal in the mixed team 10 meter air pistol competition at the Olympics. The carefree manner in which he shot and won the medal went viral all over the world. Yusuf is now going to trademark his viral pose from the Olympics.

On Monday, Yusuf’s coach told news agency AFP that Yusuf has applied to trademark his viral pose.

His coach Erdinç Bilgili said that the application has been submitted to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. Yusuf wants to trademark his pose because many people are trying to trademark this pose without his permission.

Bilgili said, ‘Yusuf Dikek was not aware and many people had applied for trademark by claiming his pose as their own. We have applied about a week after getting to know about it. Also, the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office has rejected all the other applications.’

Many memes were made on the viral video of Paris Olympics

Yusuf’s cool pose was praised a lot on social media and many memes were made. Many people compared Yusuf to the fictional spy James Bond. Billionaire Tesla founder Elon Musk also praised Yusuf.

Yusuf, along with Sevval Ilayda Tarhan, won the silver medal at the Olympics, which is Turkey’s first medal in the mixed team 10 meter air pistol. After this victory, Yusuf’s fellow athletes were also seen imitating his pose.

Britain’s Chelsea football club striker Nicholas Jackson also imitated Youssef’s pose while celebrating after scoring against Crystal Palace in the English Premier League on Sunday.

The things used by Yusuf during the shooting will be sold

Turkish news channel TRT Haber reported that many of the items Yusuf used while shooting at the Olympics will be sold. This includes his T-shirts, mugs and mobile phone covers.

In an interview with AFP in early August, Yousuf said the pose he gave during the Paris Olympics was his natural pose.

He said, ‘I do this pose to keep my body more stable, to maintain my balance. This pose is nothing more than that.’
