Kanwariyas created a ruckus in Roorkee near Haridwar. After colliding with a battery rickshaw, the Kanwariyas beat up its driver and vandalized his vehicle. Police intervened and admitted the injured auto driver to the hospital. A case has been registered against unidentified persons.
