Udaipur-Jaipur Vande Bharat Updates: There is good news for railway passengers. The Vande Bharat Express running between Udaipur and Jaipur will now go till Agra. The railways have made preparations for this. This extended route will start from the month of September. Currently, the Vande Bharat Express running between Udaipur and Jaipur passes through Chittorgarh, Ajmer and Kishangarh. According to the railways’ plan, this train will travel till Agra from the month of September. This train will reach the Taj city of Agra via Kota.
Currently operates six days a week
According to the report of News 18, currently this Vande Bharat Express runs between Udaipur and Jaipur six days a week. However, now according to the new change, this train will run on its new Agra route three days a week on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
Will reach Agra via Kota
Under this change, this train will run on two different routes and train numbers. Currently, this Vande Bharat train departs from Udaipur at 7:50 am and reaches Jaipur station at 2:10 pm. Whereas from September 1, it will depart from Udaipur two hours and five minutes earlier i.e. at 5:45 pm and will reach Agra at 2:30 pm via Kota. This train will take eight hours and 45 minutes to cover the distance from Udaipur to Agra. This train will depart from Agra at 3 pm and will reach Udaipur at 11:45 pm via Kota.
There may be a halt at these stations
According to the report, on the Udaipur-Agra route, this Vande Bharat will stop at selected railway stations including Rana Pratap Nagar Station, Mavli Junction, Berach, Chanderia, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Bayana and Agra Force. It is being told that on this route, Vande Bharat Express will run at a speed of 160 kilometers per hour and will connect three big cities in a short time.
Railways fixing fares
The railways are deciding the fare for this extended route. Passengers will be able to book its tickets both online and offline. Currently, the fare of AC chair car of Vande Bharat Express running between Udaipur and Jaipur is Rs 13.30 and that of executive chair car is Rs 2350. Not only this, the railways are preparing to introduce the sleeper version of Vande Bharat Express train. There is a plan to run the sleeper version of Vande Bharat on longer routes. Its speed can be 200 kilometers per hour.
