She was seriously injured in the incident and has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. In her statement, the victim told the police that she was molested on the pretext of marriage. She had gone to meet her boyfriend late at night, where they had an argument over something and she attempted suicide.
CCTV footage of this incident has also surfaced, where the girl is seen coming out of a house. Then she walks towards the overbridge and jumps off it. Whereas in her statement, the girl told the police that her boyfriend pushed her off the bridge.
