UP Police Exam 2024: Due to strictness, 1.67 lakh candidates disappeared on the second day, 8 cheaters also arrested

The constable recruitment exam in Uttar Pradesh has ended on the second day. Like the first day, 20 percent of the candidates did not appear for the exam on the second day as well. After downloading the admit card, 20 percent of the candidates skipped the exam on the second day of the constable recruitment exam. On the other hand, 17 cheaters have also been caught in the two-day exam. 15 FIRs have been registered in various districts of Uttar Pradesh.

According to the information, 9 lakh 63 thousand 676 candidates had applied for the second day’s constable recruitment exam. Out of which 8 lakh 24 thousand 573 candidates had downloaded the admit card for the second day’s exam. But, only 6 lakh 57 thousand 443 candidates appeared for the exam and 1 lakh 67 thousand 130 candidates left the exam due to the strictness. At the same time, about 20.26 percent of the candidates who downloaded the admit card and appeared for the exam did not appear for the exam.

72 suspicious candidates were caught by the recruitment board

On the second day, 72 suspicious candidates were also caught by the recruitment board. On the second day, 4 lakh 81 thousand 838 candidates had applied in each shift of the examination. In the first shift, 4 lakh 12 thousand 155 candidates downloaded the admit card and 3 lakh 21 thousand 322 candidates appeared for the examination. Out of these, 30 suspicious candidates were caught by the recruitment board.

In the second shift of the second day, 4 lakh 12 thousand 418 candidates downloaded the admit card, out of which only 3 lakh 36 thousand 121 candidates appeared for the exam. In the second shift, 42 suspicious candidates were caught by the board. A total of 72 suspicious candidates were caught in the second day’s exam. The suspicious looking candidates were allowed to sit for the exam, but their result will be declared only after their documents are verified by the recruitment board.

8 copycats arrested

After the second day of the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination, a total of 17 candidates were arrested and FIRs were registered against 15. A total of 9 cheaters were caught in the first day’s examination. 8 cheaters were caught in the second day’s examination, out of which 1 was from Kanpur, 2 from Saharanpur, 1 from Firozabad, 2 from Mathura and 2 from Mau.
