UP Police Constable Exam 2024 Live: Today is the fifth and last day of the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination. After strict checking and verification, the first shift paper started at 10 am, which will run till 12:05 pm. After this, the second shift paper will run from 3 pm to 5:05 pm. More than 8 lakh candidates appeared for the exam on Friday.
On the other hand, on the fourth day, 13 people were arrested and 11 FIRs were registered. 4 people were arrested from Saharanpur, 1 from Fatehpur, 2 from Etah, 2 from Jaunpur, 1 from Kanpur and 3 from Meerut.
Let us tell you that the exam is being conducted in 5 days for a total of 60244 constable posts in Uttar Pradesh. After 23, 24 and 25 August, now the exam will be conducted in two shifts daily on 30 and 31 August. So far in the three-day exam, 40 candidates and solvers including 3 constables have been arrested and 29 FIRs have been registered. The constable recruitment exam is being conducted at 1174 examination centers in 67 districts of Uttar Pradesh. More than 40 lakh candidates have applied for this exam.
