UP: Dead body of a young man found in a girl’s house, died due to bullet injury in stomach, murder suspected in love affair

A young man was shot dead in Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh. The family of the deceased has accused 5 people of the village of murder due to enmity. The deceased was accused of kidnapping a girl, he had gone to jail in this case and was released only last month. Due to the fear of something untoward happening, the family had sent him somewhere outside, after this murder there was panic in the village. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot, took the body in custody and sent it for post-mortem and started investigating the case.

28-year-old Gaurav Singh, a resident of Hasnapur village of Pali police station area, was shot dead. The body of the deceased was found lying in the house of Sarvesh Khan, a resident of the same village. After the incident, sensation spread in the entire village and in a hurry, Superintendent of Police Neeraj Jadoun, Additional Superintendent of Police Nripendra Kumar along with the local police reached the spot and inspected the scene of the incident. The forensic team collected evidence related to the incident. According to the police, Gaurav Singh died due to a bullet injury in the stomach.

It is being told that four months ago Gaurav Singh had kidnapped a girl from the village. On the complaint of the girl’s family, the police recovered the girl and sent Gaurav Singh to jail. There was a rivalry between the two families over this matter.

The family of the deceased has accused five people including the girl’s father of murder. The deceased Gaurav Singh’s brother Akhilesh Singh gave a written complaint in the police station and told that his younger brother Gaurav was shot by Sarvesh Khan, Sahnoor, Shahrukh, Ijad of the village along with their relative Karim due to old enmity.

On this incident, CO Anuj Mishra said that on the night of August 19, information was received about the death of Gaurav son Santosh due to bullet injury at the house of Sarvesh Khan, resident of village Hasanpur of Thana Pali. The police station immediately reached the spot and took the body in its custody and sent it for postmortem. On the basis of the complaint given by the relatives of the deceased, a case has been registered under relevant sections and legal action is being taken.
