Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) is conducting the exam for recruitment to more than 60 thousand posts of constable. The first day’s exam was completed on 23 August. During this, about 32 percent of the candidates left the exam due to strictness. According to the data shared by the recruitment board, about 9 lakh 60 thousand candidates were to appear in the exam on the first day. A total of 819600 candidates had downloaded the admit card for the first day’s exam. But only 648435 candidates appeared for the exam.
According to the data, 20% of the candidates did not appear for the exam after downloading the admit card. In such a situation, out of 9 lakh 60000 candidates who applied, 648435 appeared for the exam. According to this, a total of 32.45 percent candidates left the exam. Let us tell you that the constable recruitment exam will now be held on 24, 25, 30 and 31 August.

61 suspects were arrested on the first day
On the first day of the examination, 61 suspicious candidates were caught by the recruitment board. According to the recruitment board, the suspicious candidates were allowed to appear in the examination after matching their documents. However, the board says that the written examination result of suspicious candidates will be released only after scrutinizing the documents.
4 cheaters were caught on the first day
A total of 4 cheaters were caught during the exam on the first day. Out of these, 3 candidates were caught cheating using electronic devices or other means from Maharajganj, Raebareli and Kanpur. Another cheater who had come to Kanpur to give the exam by giving a lower age was also arrested. Apart from this, a woman constable and her partner were also arrested from Gorakhpur. Both were arrested for cheating in the name of selling the constable recruitment exam paper.
