The UK Mobility Visa, also known as the Youth Mobility Scheme visa, allows young people aged 18-30 from certain countries to live and work in the UK for up to 2 years. This visa is available to applicants from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Korea, and several other participating countries.
Eligibility Criteria

Applying for the UK Mobility Visa
To apply for the UK Mobility Visa, you must follow these steps:
- Apply online for the visa. You can save your application and complete it later if needed .
- Prove your identity by either having your fingerprints and photograph taken at a visa application center or using the ‘UK Immigration: ID Check’ app to scan your identity document .
- Pay the visa application fee of £298 and the immigration health surcharge .
- Submit your visa application, pay the required fees, and provide your biometrics (fingerprints and photograph) within 90 days of being selected in the ballot (if applicable) .

If you have a child while in the UK, they do not automatically become a British citizen. You can apply online for their visa as your dependent .
