Orange alert issued in Jharkhand
The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for heavy rain in districts of Jharkhand. These districts include East and West Singhbhum, Saraikela, Khunti, Simdega, Gumla, Lohardaga, Ranchi and Ramgarh.

Orange alert for heavy rain in 11 districts of UP
According to the Meteorological Department report, an orange alert has been issued for very heavy rains accompanied by thunderstorms in 11 districts of Uttar Pradesh. The department has issued an alert for heavy rains in Agra, Firozabad, Etah, Mainpuri, Etawah, Auraiya, Fatehpur, Banda, Prayagraj, Kaushambi and Chitrakoot in UP.
