He mentioned the whole incident on the social media platform Reddit. The man said that he and his wife were planning to spend their holidays in Venice, Italy with their five-year-old daughter. It has always been his wife’s dream to spend holidays in a romantic city like Venice, and this dream was soon going to turn into reality.
Then mother-in-law entered
Her family was preparing to go to Venice, and meanwhile her mother-in-law also agreed to go on the trip. But I did not want my mother-in-law to go on this trip, but I gave in to my wife’s wishes.
As per my wife’s wish, the whole family of four started living in one room. But I am a very private person and do not like to share my belongings with anyone. But my mother-in-law gradually started using all my belongings, including my soap, shampoo, my bedsheet, and even my pillow. I am a person who cares a lot about hygiene, and this behaviour of my mother-in-law started irritating me.
When the son-in-law lost his patience
But my patience broke when I came to know that my mother-in-law is also using my toothpaste. The person wrote on Reddit that he decided to change the date of his ticket and return home and left his family in Venice. While telling his story, the person wrote – the thought of mother-in-law using toothpaste made him feel sick. I start vomiting just thinking about it
Reactions started coming on social media
She said that when she found out about her mother-in-law using toothpaste, she felt sick. She further said that she felt like vomiting just thinking that her mother-in-law must have taken her toothbrush close to the nozzle of the toothpaste.
Many types of reactions started coming on social media regarding this incident. Some people say that the first mistake of the mother-in-law was that she should not have gone on the trip. At the same time, some believe that the son-in-law should also have managed a little, after all, relationships work only by managing and adjusting a little.
