The protesting doctors say that the reason given for keeping the seminar hall open is that repair work was to be done there. But the repair work was to be done in the room next to the seminar hall. There was no CCTV camera inside the seminar hall. This is a kind of negligence. The protesters have also raised questions on the construction work in front of the seminar hall. They say that an attempt has been made to tamper with the evidence.
The protesting doctors of Lucknow’s KGMU say that the Bengal High Court has handed over the investigation to the CBI. But the evidence of this crime has been destroyed. In such a situation, how will there be a fair investigation?
At the same time, the doctors of Delhi’s Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, who were protesting, said that we have four demands. The first demand was that the investigation of this case should be handed over to the CBI. But to fulfill this demand, the High Court had to come forward. The government did not accept this demand, but the Kolkata High Court gave it a green signal.
The second demand is that a written assurance should be given regarding the implementation of the Central Protection Act (CPA). But till now no assurance has been received from the government, rather the government is making us run around in circles. The third demand is that the high authority in this case should be permanently dismissed immediately. The fourth demand is that the family should be given a compensation of at least one crore rupees.

Wooden and plastic chairs as well as patient beds are visible in that hall. Looking at the pictures, it seems as if the unused items present in the hospital were also kept here. Let us tell you that the body of the female resident doctor was found in this seminar hall. According to the information, the lady doctor had dinner with her four colleagues in this hall. After dinner, the female doctor’s colleagues left from there, while the female resident doctor decided to stay there. In this seminar hall, the accused raped the resident doctor and then brutally murdered her.

In fact, on August 9, the body of a female resident doctor was found in the seminar hall of RG Kar Hospital in Kolkata. A 31-year-old post graduate trainee doctor posted on duty at the government RG Kar Medical College and Hospital was raped and murdered on the night of August 8.
The post-mortem report of this case has also come out, which was handed over by the police to the victim’s family. In this report it was told that the victim was murdered by strangulation. She was raped before that. The accused strangled her twice. She died between 3 and 5 in the morning.
Sanjay was addicted to watching porn movies
In this case, the police have arrested the accused Sanjay Roy. The accused was neither from the hospital staff nor a relative of any patient. He used to work as a civic volunteer for Kolkata Police. It is being told that the accused Sanjay Roy was addicted to watching pornographic films while drinking alcohol. On the night of the incident, he came and went inside the hospital several times.
Actually, whenever a policeman was admitted to RG Kar Medical College, Sanjay Roy used to be present as an assistant to bring medicines and other help. But on the day this incident happened, the accused did not come to the hospital for any work. That day he came to the back of the hospital to drink alcohol and after drinking alcohol, he watched obscene videos on his mobile phone. Then he committed the crime.
