Dhruv, a teacher, and Aarushi Singh were first year students of Krishna Medical College. Both were in a relationship. Initial investigation by the police revealed that during a heated argument, Dhruv pushed Aarushi from the second floor, which led to her death. Dhruv is also injured and is in the hospital. The police have registered a case of murder and are investigating further.
