In Ghaziabad, neighbours attacked a mother and daughter in a minor dispute between neighbours. According to the complaint given to the police, when the two dogs present in the house tried to save the mother and daughter from the attacking neighbours, the neighbours attacked them with knives and injured them. On the complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused and arrested one of the attackers.

The case is of Khoda police station area. It is alleged that a dispute broke out after an altercation with the neighbors over walking the dog in the street. Then some neighbors attacked the mother and daughter present in the house and injured them. At the same time, when the two dogs present in the house tried to save their owner, they were also attacked with knives and injured. On getting information about the incident, people associated with PFA have treated the injured dogs. In this case, the victim woman’s husband Sundar has filed a case against some neighbors.

Some neighbors gathered and reached his house

Complainant Surabhi Rawat said that her two daughters Poonam (22) and Pooja (20) were walking the dogs outside their house. Due to this, the neighbors started quarreling and arguing with them. After this, both of them returned to their house. Then some neighbors gathered and reached their house and started arguing with her daughters.

Taru and Bujon were attacked with knives

During this time, the two pet dogs Taru and Bujon present in the house started barking when they saw the neighbours attacking their owner. After this, they attacked the dogs and injured them with a knife. Meanwhile, the police have arrested the accused Kunwar Pal in the case.

Surabhi associated with PFA said this in the matter

According to Surabhi Rawat of People for Animals (PFA), the matter of dogs getting injured came to the notice of her organization. After this, she demanded action from the police in the matter on the social media platform ‘X’. The police have registered a case in this matter and arrested one accused.
