There was a dispute over paying the auto fare, a man killed his co-worker

A shocking news has come out from Maharashtra’s capital Mumbai. A person was murdered in a dispute over paying autorickshaw fare. Regarding the incident, a Mumbai Police official said that on Monday in Kurla, two people had an argument over paying autorickshaw fare, after which the murder took place.

The police officer said that in this quarrel, a 28-year-old man working in a textile factory was killed by his colleague. The officer said that the incident took place at 12:30 pm on Dhamani LBS Road and the deceased has been identified as Chakkan Ali.

According to the news agency, the officer said, ‘Investigation of the CCTV footage of the area revealed that the deceased was attacked by a person. The crime branch team is now investigating the matter. In the police investigation, the murder accused has been identified as Saif Zahid Ali, who worked as a colleague in the same unit of the factory.’

After this murder incident, the crime branch team caught the accused Saif Ali at Kalyan railway station in the evening. He told the police that there was a quarrel between the two over paying the autorickshaw fare, after which he attacked and Chakkan Ali died. The police have handed him over to Kurla police for further action. An officer said that the murder accused will be produced in the court on Tuesday.
