A wedding procession had come to Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh. A man from Haryana had also come with the wedding party. Meanwhile, he found an opportunity and raped a girl in the Sarsawa police station area. When the family members reached the spot after hearing the screams, they were shocked. The victim was lying in a state of shock, soaked in blood. The girl is said to be mentally weak.
The police was immediately informed about the incident, after which the police and forensic team reached the spot and started investigation. The victim was immediately taken to the hospital, where she is undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, the accused youth fled from the spot after committing the crime.
At present, the police have registered a case on the basis of the complaint of the victim’s family and have sent a police team to Haryana to arrest the accused.
Saharanpur police has identified two accused in this case and arrested them. Raids are being conducted in search of the main accused. The victim has been medically examined.
In this case, SP Rural Sagar Jain said that the incident is being investigated. After the investigation, strict action will be taken against the culprits. The victim is mentally weak, she is not married. A wedding procession had come to the area from Haryana. Two persons who had come in this procession raped the girl after seeing her alone in a neighbouring house.
