The wall of a dilapidated house fell on the students returning home, 4 people including 3 students of the same family died, 2 injured

Four students died tragically when the wall of a dilapidated house collapsed in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, while a girl student and a woman were injured in the accident. The police, who arrived on the information, took the bodies in their custody and sent them for post-mortem. The injured were also taken to the nearest hospital for treatment. At the same time, the collector has ordered an investigation into the entire matter and the school has also been included in the investigation.

The incident is of Garh police station area. Students of private Sunrise Public School located at Naigadhi turn of Garh town were returning home after the holiday. Meanwhile, the wall of a dilapidated house suddenly fell on the students. 6 people got buried in it. In a hurry, the local people pulled out the buried people and took them to the community health center, where doctors declared 4 students dead. At the same time, a girl student and her mother are seriously injured.

3 students of the same family died

After first aid, the injured were admitted to Sanjay Gandhi Smriti Hospital. As soon as the information of the incident was received, MP Janardan Mishra, local MLA Narendra Prajapati, Collector Pratibha Pal and SP Vivek Singh reached the spot. It is being told that there was a dilapidated house near the school. As soon as the students passed by there after school was over, the wall collapsed. Innocent students came under its grip. 3 students of the same family have died.

The sarpanch, secretary and landlord were held responsible for the accident

MP Janardan Mishra has held the village panchayat’s sarpanch, secretary and landlord responsible for this accident. Due to their negligence, this accident happened and the students became its victims. Collector Pratibha Pal has ordered an inquiry into the entire matter and the school has also been included in the investigation. A proposal has been sent to the government to provide relief money to the victim’s family.

IG Mahendra Singh Sikarwar said that the police have registered a case and the entire matter is being investigated. The government has expressed deep condolences and assured financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh each to the families of the deceased and all possible help in treatment of the injured. Collector Pratibha Pal said that 4 students have died due to the collapse of a dilapidated wall. MP Janardan Mishra said, action will be taken against those responsible.

Police arrested both the accused

At the same time, in the case of wall collapse, the police took action under BNS 125A, 106(1), 290 and 105 and arrested Ramesh Namdev and Satish Namdev. Both of them are real brothers and the house was in their name. Due to mutual dispute, the dilapidated house was not demolished.
