Speaking on the budget in Rajya Sabha, Congress Rajya Sabha MP from Maharashtra Imran Pratapgarhi said that this is a bundle of lies, an attempt to copy our manifesto. Imran Pratapgarhi said that if you ask any question, they say what did they do in 70 years. Those who could not use the two thousand rupee note issued by their own government for seven years, ask us for an account of 70 years.
He said that by bringing Agniveer, the hopes of the youth were snatched away, by using bulldozers, people’s homes were snatched away, by inflation, food was snatched from people’s plates and they say that they are servants. Imran Pratapgarhi said that for the last seven days, the budget is being trumpeted, it is being called great. He said that who praised it, it was the people of the ruling party. He said that if you ask the MPs of any state what their state has received, then they will say that they have not received anything.
Imran Pratapgarhi said that it was 83 minutes, 71 times the table was thumped and the budget speech was of more than 14 thousand words. It seems that the Finance Minister has prepared a document of the Prime Minister’s Mann Ki Baat, not the budget. He said that the Finance Minister has spoken only 10 words on inflation. The Finance Minister of a country where tomatoes are being sold for Rs 100 has only 10 words to say about inflation. Imran Pratapgarhi said that since the month of Sawan is going on, asking the price of garlic and onion would probably be a sin.
He said that I have heard that the Finance Minister does not even know the price of the things she does not eat. Before presenting the budget, she ate curd and sugar, find out the price of this. Imran Pratapgarhi said that the MPs sitting here were saying that there is no inflation. I want to tell them that go outside the Parliament canteen and buy a cup of tea, then you will know whether there is inflation or not. He also cornered the government by referring to the UP government’s order to put up name plates on the Kanwar Yatra route.

Imran Pratapgarhi said that the government which hid the names of electoral bonds is now asking the names of fruit vendors.
