The Hollywood show ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ was well liked by the audience. After watching the first season, the audience had many questions in their minds. Everyone wanted to know what is the real identity of the two most mysterious characters of ‘The Rings of Power’. Now this is going to be revealed in season 2 of the show. The trailer of the new season has been released.
Rings of Power Season 2 trailer released
The trailer of season 2 of ‘The Rings of Power’ was released at San Diego Comic Con on Friday. In this three minute and 51 second trailer, Dark Lord Sauron can be seen returning to Middle Earth. He sees the power rings being made. After this, Royal Elf Galadriel, High King Gil-Galad and Círdan are shown. All three have Elven rings. But Half Elf Elrond is not happy with these three wearing the rings. He also opposes it. He believes that wearing the rings will corrupt all his companions.
To convince Elrond, Galadriel tells him, ‘I know you believe the ring is deceiving me, but I know it is showing me the way.’ She emphasizes that wearing the ring will not lead her to side with Sauron. Sauron’s plan is clear. He wants to get back his nine rings, which have corrupted people. In the trailer, you also see the dwarf Durin III, who is under the influence of his ring.
You will also see fierce battles in the trailer. This epic series by author JRR Tolkien takes us thousands of years before the times of ‘The Hobbit’ and ‘The Lord of the Rings’. A huge talking tree, a giant eagle as well as many different creatures will be seen in it. Also, there are many interesting characters in the show, who will be seen playing important roles. It remains to be seen who wins in this fierce battle for the rings.
The second season of ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ is created by showrunners J.D. Penn and Patrick McKay. They are joined by producers Lindsay Weber, Callum Greene, Justin Doble, Jason Cahill and Jennifer Hutchison, co-producer and director Charlotte Brandstrom, producers Kate Hazell and Helen Shang and co-producers Claire Buxton, Andrew Lee, Glenys Mullins and Matthew Penry-Davey. The show will stream on Amazon Prime Video on August 29.
