Congress Report of the Fact-Finding Committee delhi elections, Congress has held Aam Aadmi Party responsible for not winning even a single seat in Delhi in the Lok Sabha elections. This has come to light in the report of the Congress Fact Finding Committee. Let us tell you, Congress had formed a fact-finding committee on the poor performance in many states in the Lok Sabha elections. A few days ago, this committee has submitted its report to Congress President Kharge.

In this two-page report, suggestions have been given along with the reasons for Congress’s defeat in Delhi. A fact-finding committee was formed under the leadership of former Congress MPs PL Punia and Rajni Patil. Apart from Delhi, this committee has to submit its report on the election results of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.

What is in the report of Congress’s fact-finding committee?

  • The committee has found that the candidates have blamed the Aam Aadmi Party for their defeat. In a meeting with the committee leaders, the candidates said that AAP had not instructed its cadre to work for Congress candidates during the elections. This is the reason why there was a lack of coordination between AAP and Congress agents even at the polling booth on the day of voting.
  • The committee has also said in its report that the lack of organization in the Congress is also the reason for the defeat. Because during the selection of the Lok Sabha candidate, there was no organizational support. The leaders were busy in mutual factionalism.
  • The biggest reason given for the defeat in the Fact-Finding Committee was that Delhi Congress leader Amarinder Singh Lovely joining the BJP was not right for the party.
  • The three Congress candidates Udit Raj, Kanhaiya Kumar and JP Agarwal said that AAP did not support them in the elections. Delhi Congress leaders said that Congress candidates were seen with AAP leaders, so the Congress cadre stayed at home.
  • The committee suggested that the party needs to pay special attention to the organization. Especially when the Congress has both the name and work of Sheila Dikshit in Delhi. At the same time, the party’s Haryana leaders including Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh have also said that there will be no alliance between AAP and Congress in the assembly elections.
