The police took both the bodies into custody and sent them to Surat’s New Civil Hospital for postmortem. When Khatodara police station started investigating this double murder, it was found that the name of the deceased woman was Sharda Rathod and the name of the man was Arjun alias Langda.

The husband killed his wife and her lover
During police investigation, it was found that the deceased woman Sharda Rathod’s husband Mukesh Rathod had committed the murder. To catch Mukesh, Khatodara police station took the help of human resources and technical surveillance. Meanwhile, the police came to know that after killing his wife Sharda and her lover Arjun, Mukesh is hiding in the house of one of his relatives in Dummas area of ​​Surat.

Police arrested the accused
The police raided the place without any delay. As soon as he got the hint of police’s arrival, he started running away from there. After this, the police chased him and caught him. Surat Police DCP Rakesh Barot said that two dead bodies have been found from Althan area today. The name of the dead man is Arjun and the name of the woman is Sharda Rathod.

The accused came out of jail on parole
The DCP said that during the investigation it was found that both of them were murdered by Sharda Rathod’s husband Mukesh Rathod. At night, Mukesh saw his wife and Arjun in such a condition that he lost his temper and in a fit of rage, he killed both of them by hitting them with an iron rod.

There was a love affair going on between the two
According to the police, two cases are already registered against Mukesh Rathod. In one of these cases, he was sentenced to life imprisonment and he was released on parole. After this, he committed this crime. The deceased woman and the man were having an affair.
