The engineer shared his story of hair loss on social media, people gave this advice

Bangalore often trends on social media for various reasons like timing of IT jobs, salary and recession. Memes and discussions about the fast-paced life and work pressure here also go viral many times. Being a technology hub, Bangalore is always the first choice of IT professionals, but its challenges are equally high.

A Google engineer shared her ordeal with similar problems. This engineer talked about her hair falling rapidly due to the problem of hard water. The female engineer shared her problem on X and said that due to the hard water in Bangalore, she has to use RO water to wash her hair so that she can avoid baldness.

Sharing the post, the engineer wrote, ‘I have to use RO water to wash my hair in Bangalore, otherwise my hair will not survive. If anyone is using water softening solution or filter and has got good results, please share the link. This post has received more than 1 million views on social media platform X.

Along with this, he also asked people for suggestions for water filters and other solutions. His post went viral in no time. Mixed reactions of users started coming. While some people said sensible things, some lightened the atmosphere with funny reactions.

A user commented and wrote- I use bottled water in Hyderabad. Cities like Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad have the problem of hard water. Such a problem is not seen in cities like Mumbai.

A user named Sinfan wrote that the TDS of water in Bangalore is 160 to 170. Whereas the TDS of filtered water is 50 to 60. Due to this, my hair also started turning grey before time. I still remember the water of my home, which was the most perfect for my hair.

While sharing on social media platform X, Vaibhav wrote that such things sometimes force us to think why we leave the peace, comfort and love of our home and come to these big cities. Most of us want to go back home, but for some reason or the other, our setup does not allow it. At least this happens with me.

Let us tell you, medical science says that hard water contains high amounts of sodium along with magnesium and calcium, due to which a layer is formed on the scalp many times after washing the hair, which causes hair problems.
