These days, rain starts anytime in Delhi, and this causes long traffic jams on the roads in which people have to remain stuck for hours. Recently, something similar happened on Mehrauli-Gurugram Road, when heavy rain made the traffic jam even worse. A person stuck in the jam got hungry, so he ordered food right there. Zomato’s delivery boy was seen looking for his customer amidst the traffic while getting drenched in the rain.
The video of this incident has been shared on Instagram account @delhivisit. In which it can be seen that the delivery boy is looking for the customer in the crowd while talking to him with the order in his hand and the phone in his hand. As soon as the video went viral, people are trolling the customer and praising the hard work of the delivery boy.

It can be clearly seen in the video that the Zomato delivery boy is distressed and distraught in the rain. He is looking for his customer here and there. He has a mobile in one ear, while the cars and bikes around him are stuck in the jam. Despite this, the delivery boy is completely focused on delivering the food, oblivious to all these difficulties. In the comment section of the video, a user wrote – Companies like Zomato should provide the option of order cancellation or rescheduling in such weather. Incentives are a good step, but cannot compensate for the struggles that delivery boys face every day.
At the same time, a user wrote that seeing the delivery boy working in harsh weather conditions, his struggle should be understood and appreciated. Seeing the delivery boy’s distressed condition, someone commented that it is not easy to fight both hunger and rain in Delhi’s traffic jam!
