A husband and wife committed suicide by hanging themselves in a hotel in Naka Thana area of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, after which there was chaos in the hotel. According to the information, the couple had come to Lucknow from Prayagraj last Friday and were staying in room number 302 of the hotel here, but when the time came to check out, the hotel staff tried to contact them, but there was no response. After that, when there was no response on knocking the door, the hotel manager informed the police about it. When the police broke the door and entered inside, they saw that both the husband and wife were hanging from the noose.
During the investigation, it was found that both were husband and wife, whose names were Mehboob Alam and Zeba Ansari. Both were residents of Kareli in Prayagraj and had come to Lucknow for some work. It is being told that both were troubled by financial crisis and due to family issues, both chose the path of suicide. In this case, ADCP Manish Singh said that information was received from a hotel in Naka police station area that a dead body was found in the room, when the spot was checked, the husband and wife who had come to stay here committed suicide by hanging themselves and investigation is being done on the spot.

He told that both of them are residents of Prayagraj. The reason behind their suicide is being investigated. The family has been called and Prayagraj police is also being contacted to get information about what they had come here to do. From the Aadhar card and the documents with the hotel, it has been found out prima facie that both of them are husband and wife. At present, the matter is being investigated.
