A shocking revelation has been made in the Kolkata rape murder case. The bike used by accused Sanjay Roy on the night of the incident was registered in the name of Kolkata “Police Commissioner”. The CBI had seized the accused’s bike two days ago. According to the CBI, this bike of accused Sanjay Roy was registered in May 2024. The accused had traveled 15 kilometers in an intoxicated state on a bike registered in the name of the police.
After this information came to light, it seems that the main accused Sanjay Roy and the police are somehow connected and this evidence has been found by the CBI. This is the same bike confiscated by the CBI which the accused was driving in an inebriated state on the night of the incident. The accused had travelled 15 kilometres on this bike on the night of the incident.
On this matter, the police says that all the vehicles and bikes used by Kolkata Police are registered under the tenure of the Police Commissioner.
Where did the police bike come from?
According to information received from CBI sources, CBI was trying to find out from where he got this bike. Was this bike his or someone else’s. In which the information received by CBI revealed that this bike is registered in the name of Kolkata Police Commissioner. Now CBI is finding out from where the accused got this bike, because being a civic volunteer, Sanjay Roy had no right to drive a bike registered in the name of police.
What are the advantages of a police bike
Let us tell you that if a person uses a police bike, then this person is not stopped at any blockade, any barricade or during any checking. On the day of the incident, the accused had drunk alcohol and drove the bike for about 15 kilometers and after that he reached the hospital. Sanjay Roy was also wearing a police helmet while driving the bike. Despite all the blockades, the accused was not stopped by the police.
Let us tell you that on 8-9 August, a woman doctor was brutalized in the seminar hall of RG Kar Hospital in Kolkata. A 31-year-old post graduate resident doctor posted on duty at the government RG Kar Medical College and Hospital was allegedly sexually assaulted on the night of 8-9 August. She was found unconscious in the seminar hall. She was immediately taken to the doctor, but she died during treatment. There were many injury marks on her body.
