‘Terror Cabinet’ formed in Pakistan to attack India, these 10 terrorists are behind the incidents in JK

When India Today reviewed intelligence regarding the increasing terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir in recent days, some shocking information came to light. Intelligence reports indicate that the Pakistan Army is likely to be behind the recent terrorist attacks targeting security forces in the Jammu region. In fact, the Pakistan Army has formed a new syndicate to mediate between several illegal organizations and divide the work among them.

Talking about the entire planning behind this, at the beginning of last winter, many notorious terrorist organizations had gathered in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. This included Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) chief Masood Azhar, Al Badr commander Bakht Zamin, Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin and many other terrorists. According to intelligence reports, an alliance was formed here among the terrorists.

After this, tasks like recruitment, training, arms and ammunition, funding, ration-water and propaganda were divided among various terrorist units and everyone was allotted their respective work. Here you will be able to know about the new terrorist cabinet of Pakistan which is responsible for the bloodshed in Jammu and Kashmir before the elections.

1. Bakht Zamin Khan

Bakht Zamin Khan is a seasoned terrorist with experience of carrying out terror-related operations in Afghanistan. He is said to have participated in the Kargil war on behalf of Pakistan along with his mercenaries. He is now responsible for coordinating new terror operations. He has also built a successful business network of educational institutions including schools and colleges.

Bakht Zamin Khan raises funds for terrorism through his network of operations. He has also been seen visiting terrorist camps in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK). His links with radicals in Pakistan and Afghanistan make Bakht Zamin Khan a fit candidate to effectively coordinate with the Pakistani army and other terrorists like Masood Azhar and Syed Salahuddin.

2. Masood Azhar

After remaining absent from public life for nearly five years, Azhar has once again emerged from the veil. His appearance in public is proof that he has received a green signal from the Pak establishment. The Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) led by Azhar controls several mosques and training camps across Pakistan.

Here, new recruits are given arms training. Over the past several decades, JeM has built a large network of resources. This helps newly recruited terrorists to infiltrate difficult areas during the cold days. Azhar has been declared a global terrorist by many countries including the United Nations.

3. Syed Salahuddin

Hizbul Mujahideen founder Syed Salahuddin has been the face of militancy in Kashmir for decades. However, his ability to launch large-scale attacks has diminished over time. Under the new arrangement, his role is now to recruit teenagers for the ‘Kashmir freedom struggle’. Salahuddin lives near Rawalpindi under heavy security and makes frequent visits to POK as well as other places in Pakistan. The purpose of these visits is to recruit youngsters who are later trained to carry out terror attacks in India. Along with Azhar and Khan, Salahuddin is part of the group that leads the terror syndicate.

4. Saifullah Sajid Jatt

The real name of Saifullah Sajid Jatt is Habibullah Malik. He is also called Langda. 42-year-old Jatt, a resident of Kasur in Pakistan, has been associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) for a long time. Jatt, who enjoys government protection, runs a drug smuggling network in Pakistan. Apart from this, he is also involved in money laundering. His Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number reported by Indian agencies is 61101-9814381-9. Rehman runs his own outfit Tehrik-ul-Mujahideen (TuM). But, most of the time he works as a facilitator for Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and other terrorist operatives. He has played a key role in smuggling explosives and facilitating the entry of terrorists into India through Pakistan-controlled areas. Earlier, social media and some media sections had spread false news of his death but Rehman is still active with the syndicate.

6. Farhatullah Ghori

58-year-old Farhatullah Ghori is a resident of Hyderabad. He is named in several terror cases from Gujarat to Andhra Pradesh. Ghori has been made the head of online terrorist propaganda campaigns of the terrorist syndicate operating from Pakistan. He is one of the few Pakistan-based terrorists who have control over sleeper cells outside Jammu and Kashmir. He is also suspected to be involved in terrorist modules in South India. His voice can be regularly heard in online propaganda broadcast from Pakistan.

50-year-old Sajjad Gul is from Srinagar and currently runs a real estate business in Pakistan. He is believed to be the mastermind behind the murder of senior Kashmiri journalist Shujaat Bukhari. Taking advantage of his local contacts and real estate business, he is actively involved in smuggling weapons for terrorist operations in the region.

8. Farooq Qureshi

Farooq Qureshi is the leader of the terrorist organization Al Barq. Farooq is considered an important operator due to his network in PoK. He has the responsibility of arranging local resources and logistics.

9. Shaheed Faisal

Farhatullah Ghori’s son-in-law Shahid Faisal is a native of Bengaluru. He has been active in the syndicate for some time. An engineering graduate, Faisal is believed to be the mastermind of Farhatullah Ghori’s online recruitment network in India. He is also the handler of operatives with a fake identity as ‘Colonel’ in the intercepted information.
