Delhi Police has filed a 300-page chargesheet against Bibhav Kumar. Delhi Police has made Bibhav Kumar an accused in the chargesheet. The Tis Hazari court will hear the matter of taking cognizance of the chargesheet on July 30.

During the investigation, Delhi Police has questioned 100 people and made 50 people witnesses. Delhi Police has filed a chargesheet in the case under sections 341, 354, 354B, 506,509, 201 of the IPC.
