Suspicious School shooter Colt Gray He uttered three chilling words — “I did it” — to investigators shortly after he was arrested for the slaughter of two classmates and two teachers earlier this week, the local sheriff said.

Gray is accused of opening fire Wednesday morning at his school in Winder, outside Atlanta, with an AR-15-style rifle — killing four and wounding nine others.

The juvenile suspect, who has since been charged as an adult, is set to appear via video from a youth detention facility for arraignment at the Barrow County Courthouse.

His father, who was also interviewed, told police that he had hunting guns in the house but that his son did not have access to them. Officials at the time urged fathers to keep firearms under lock and key — and advised that Colt “be kept out of school until this matter can be resolved.”

Investigators later dropped the case, though conflicting evidence on the origin of the social media posts left investigators unable to arrest anyone, the sheriff’s report added.

Despite the police visit, law enforcement sources told The Post that the father allegedly bought an AR-style assault rifle for Colt for Christmas a few months later.

Meanwhile, a search of Gray’s home in the wake of Wednesday’s massacre found documents hidden in his bedroom detailing him. Another alleged obsession with school shootings — including the 2018 Parkland massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, Law enforcement officials told CNN.

It was not immediately clear what aspects of the shooting Gray allegedly read or wrote.

Gray has been charged with four counts of murder in the deaths of two 14-year-old students, Mason Schermerhorn and Christian Angulo, as well as two teachers, Richard Aspinwall, 39, and Christina Irimi, 53.
