This company provides technical support services to many small banks in the country. In such a situation, the cyber attack on this company has had a direct impact on about 300 banks associated with it. The payment system of the banks affected by this was also affected.

Citing two sources directly connected to the matter, the report said that C-Edge Technologies, which provides banking technical support to small banks across the country, has been badly affected by this cyber attack. However, no comment has been made by C-Edge Technologies regarding this cyber attack. No statement has been issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on this matter either.
