Success Story: 50 minutes of interview changed her fate, Isha from Noida said- working in Google is no less than a dream

We are talking about Isha Singh of Noida who has got an opportunity to do an internship in a reputed company like Google. As easy as it sounds, it is actually that difficult. So let’s know how Isha got an opportunity to do an internship in Google while studying engineering.

Isha Singh is studying computer science
Noida resident Isha Singh is studying Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. Isha is in the third year of her course. While in her third year, Isha not only gave the difficult interview for Google India’s Software Engineering Summer Internship 2025 but also cleared it. Isha expressed her happiness by posting on the social media platform X. Isha wrote about the entire journey from interview to selection on an online platform ‘Medium’, the link of which she has shared with her ‘X’ post.

Google’s online assessment was quite tough
Isha tells in her article that in June 2024, a mail was sent to all the students from the training and placement cell of her college. In which it was written that any student who is interested can fill Google’s summer internship hiring form. After which a virtual career talk link was given to all the students who applied on July 9, in which the students were given information about the online assessment. Isha tells that the online assessment of this entire process was quite tough. The student told that the first interview lasted for about 50 minutes, in which she was asked two questions of data structure and algorithm. The second interview was about 45 minutes, in which technical questions were asked.

Working with Google is a dream come true
In the online assessment on July 13, 30 students were shortlisted for the first round of interview to be held on July 22. The interview was in two phases, in which questions related to data structure and algorithms were asked. Only those students who passed the first phase of interview were selected for the second phase. On July 25, the final list of selected students came in which Isha’s name was also there. Isha told that after seeing her name among the selected students, she felt that her dream has come true.
