After this, Uttarakhand Police informed Ayodhya Kotwali City about this. Then a panel of doctors conducted his post-mortem. Investigation revealed that Bhaskar had a heart attack. Many questions are being raised on Uttarakhand Police regarding this death in custody. Now Samajwadi Party has directly targeted the BJP government regarding this.

Demand to give compensation of one crore rupees to the family

Former SP minister Tej Narayan alias Pawan Pandey said, wherever there is a Bharatiya Janata Party government, there is oppression in the case of custodial death. Atrocities are happening. People are being killed in police stations. This is a big atrocity. Samajwadi Party has always raised its voice against this. Our demand is that the government should give a compensation of Rs 1 crore to the family of the deceased child.

A case should be filed against the policeman

Along with this, a case should be filed against the officer and the policeman who died in custody. They should be arrested. They should be sent to jail. It is the court’s job to punish them. The way police officers in the Bharatiya Janata Party government commit injustice, take people to the police station and beat them, strict action should be taken against them. Samajwadi Party condemns this.
