Although stress is very harmful for mental health, but do you know that in some circumstances stress can also be good for you. The stress known as good stress is seen before doing any good work and when you are overly excited about something. Good stress can be good for your mental, physical and emotional health.

According to psychologists, good stress, also known as eustress, is a type of stress that is felt when we are overly excited. During this, our pulse rate increases and hormones increase but there is no danger or fear in it. For example, the stress we experience while doing family planning, going on a date with a new person or starting our life, preparing for a promotion or a new job is called good stress.
