‘Stop mutual rhetoric, resolve differences’, RSS’s advice to UP BJP

An important meeting was held on Wednesday at the Chief Minister’s residence 5 Kalidas Marg in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, in which detailed discussions were held between the RSS, the government and the organization. In this marathon meeting of BJP, the government and the Sangh, the unexpected huge loss suffered by the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections was reviewed.

This meeting was organised by the RSS to review the BJP and the organisation before the RSS meeting to be held in Kerala. The political situation in Uttar Pradesh was discussed in this meeting. Emphasis was laid on coordination between the RSS, the organisation and the government from the state to the district level.

Old workers will get preference

In the meeting, it was decided to accommodate people of similar ideology at every level and emphasis was laid on coordination between the government and the organization. The Sangh advised that the government and the organization should stop rhetoric and all the leaders should appear united and on the same page during the meeting. Apart from this, advice was also given to resolve differences and disagreements among themselves.

It was decided in the meeting that BJP will now focus on booth management and communication with the public and in the by-elections, the Sangh will also take the lead along with BJP. Along with this, old workers and Vichar Parivar will be given preference in corporations and boards. Workers working for years will be given priority. It was decided that leaders coming from other parties will be accommodated later.

CM and Deputy CM were also present

CM Yogi and Sangh’s joint general secretary Arun Kumar were also present in this meeting. Both the deputy CMs and the party’s state president and organization general secretary also attended it. Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya is constantly praising Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, which is an indication that the rift between the government and the organization in UP has now calmed down. Now in the RSS meeting to be held in Kerala in the first week of September, the elections and BJP’s performance will be reviewed and discussed.
