Stefanik filed an ethics complaint against the Trump trial judge, alleging that the Harris campaign paid off his daughter’s company.

Rap. Elise Stefanik has filed an ethics complaint against New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan “for his illegal conflict of interest in the sham Manhattan trial.” President Trump,Alleging the Harris campaign has a “new active financial relationship” with a company run by his daughter.

The filing with the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct came the same day Murchan decided to stay Trump’s sentencing in New York v. Trump. Presidential election in November.

Trump was convicted in an unprecedented criminal trial on all 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, following a six-week trial led by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

However, Stefanik, RN.Y., is now asking the commission to “initiate a new investigation into Justice Merchan’s conflict and take any appropriate action as a result.”

Stefanik continued by saying that the code of conduct “mandates that a judge recuse himself from a case where there is a relative up to the sixth degree and a financial interest in the outcome of the case.”

“Ms. Merchan is related to Justice Merchan in the first degree. Authentic has a new active financial relationship with Vice President Harris’ campaign,” Stefanik concluded.
