Five other trainee sub-inspectors have been detained in the paper leak case of Rajasthan Sub-Inspector Recruitment Exam 2021. These five trainee sub-inspectors in the custody of Special Operation Group (SOG) of Rajasthan Police include three male and two female trainee SIs. This is not the first time that Rajasthan Police trainee SIs have been caught in the paper leak case. Even before this, many trainees have been caught by SOG.
Rajasthan Police SI recruitment exam was held in 2021
According to the information, in the SI Recruitment-2021 case, SOG had earlier arrested several trainee fake SHOs. During interrogation, SOG had received many important inputs. It was revealed that there are many more sub-inspectors involved in this fraud, who are taking training in RPA. They had made dummy candidates sit in their place in the examination.
SIs recruited through fraudulent means were caught through dummy exams
After this, the SOG team raided the Rajasthan Police Academy in April 2024 and detained about 15 trainee SIs. SOG officials conducted a dummy exam and got the paper solved by the trainee SIs who had passed the real exam. However, the dummy paper also had the same questions that came in the SI Recruitment 2021 paper. Still, 17 trainee SIs could not solve the paper.
First 15, now 5 other trainee SIs caught
SOG had taken them into custody at that time. Out of these 17 trainee SIs, 2 were later released. But, 15 were arrested. But now again in this case, SOG has created a stir by taking 5 more trainee SIs into custody. Because after the revelations of SOG in the Sub Inspector Recruitment-2021 exam, youth across the state are demanding cancellation of this recruitment.
