So much water filled up that a crocodile came on the roof… Watch the havoc of rain and flood in 10 videos from Delhi to Gujarat

Rain has wreaked such havoc in Gujarat that many areas, houses, societies are seen submerged. If the Meteorological Department is to be believed, the rain is not going to stop yet. Fishermen have also been asked not to go to sea for the next two days. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel this morning and inquired about the flood situation in Gujarat and relief and rescue.

It has been raining continuously in Delhi-NCR since Thursday morning, due to which waterlogging and traffic jams have occurred in many areas of the city. Pictures of heavy waterlogging have emerged from many places and it is seen that the underpasses are almost completely submerged.

Junagadh- The flood water on Junagadh’s Manavdar Porbandar Road was so much that four people were trapped in it. People who were waist deep in water were not able to muster the courage to move forward because there was water everywhere in this flood. When the district administration got the news, the State Disaster Relief Force personnel reached the spot with a rescue boat and rescued all the four people.

Vadodara- Due to heavy rains, the Akota Stadium area in Vadodara, Gujarat was flooded. The water was so much that a crocodile was later seen on the roof of a house. A similar picture was seen in Ahmedabad where a crocodile was seen roaming in a residential area. Later, people caught it and tied it with ropes.

Jamnagar- Look at another picture of Jamnagar where people trapped in water in Navagam Ghede area were rescued by the fire team. Rivaba Jadeja, wife of local MLA and cricketer Ravindra Jadeja, reached the spot to rescue the people trapped in Navagam Ghede area and helped the people. Water came so fast in the residential area that people did not get time to come out. Later, small children were rescued with the help of stairs.

Delhi- Due to heavy rains in Delhi-NCR, roads and underpasses were submerged and traffic jams were seen on the roads. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted in its latest bulletin that there will be heavy rain in Delhi-NCR throughout the week.

Jamnagar- To what extent the roads of Jamnagar in Gujarat have become flooded. The video is from Jamnagar’s Bed Tollnaka area, where a car is behind a truck going ahead. The rider in the car is making a video. Then a Swift car moving ahead of this car starts flowing in the water. This car goes ahead and gets stuck in the bushes. People start uploading videos on social media to help it. As soon as the information is received, the rescue operation starts immediately. There was a family of 4 people in the car. The rescue workers take them out one by one with the help of rope and tube in time.

Rescue done by helicopter- This is a picture of Jamnagar. There is flood everywhere below. Above, the rope is pulled slowly with the support of the helicopter and the young man hanging from it is getting closer to the helicopter. Within a few seconds, the young man is pulled inside the chopper. Below, people standing on the roof of the building surrounded by flood from all sides are watching the rescue operation being successful.

Now look at Ahmedabad, which is a submerged city, a modern city whose lives have been badly affected by water. People are confined to their homes and there are many problems. A little rain has once again made Delhi miserable. There is waterlogging everywhere.

Ganga water level increased in Prayagraj- The water level of Ganga has started rising once again in Prayagraj. After heavy rains, waterlogging was seen on the Sangam coast. The Ganga river is in spate at this time. The administration has once again issued an alert due to the rising water level of the rivers.

Waterlogging is being seen at many places in the national capital Delhi after continuous heavy rains. The Parade Road underpass of Delhi Cantt was seen completely filled with water.

26 died in Gujarat

Let us tell you that 26 people have died in rain-related incidents in the last four days. These deaths have been reported from Rajkot, Anand, Mahisagar, Kheda, Ahmedabad, Morbi, Junagadh and Bharuch districts. An official release said that at least nine people had died in rain-related incidents like wall collapse and drowning in various parts of the state on Tuesday.
