Amidst this anger, Maharashtra’s School Education Minister Deepak Kesarkar has ordered to form ‘Vishaka Committees’ in schools. He also said that action will be taken if the CCTV cameras installed in the schools do not work. Kesarkar said that the appointment of an administrator has been announced in Badlapur school. Tomorrow the administrator will take control of Badlapur school.

SIT formed to investigate the case

The Maharashtra government has formed an SIT to investigate the negligence of the police or administration in the Badlapur sexual assault case, which will be headed by IG Aarti Singh. According to the information, she has reached the Badlapur East Police Station and is talking to other senior police officers. Meanwhile, the SIT team has reached the house of a victim girl to take her statement.

Police registered 5 FIRs

Let us tell you that after the incident, people got angry and blocked the railway track. They vandalized the school, after which the police resorted to lathicharge. An FIR has been registered against about 300 people who were protesting in this case. The police have arrested more than 40 people. The police have registered a total of 5 FIRs in the Badalpur case.
